The challenge
Today, clients have to request for ad-hoc data extractions and bespoke reports to meet their Transfer Agency reporting needs. This limits the timeliness and level of customisation available to the client.
The solution
When clients integrate with HSBC Securities Services’ Transfer Agency API suite, clients can self-service and access 18 data points directly. Clients can ingest this data directly to their systems and create any customized reporting from thereon. Additionally, our clients are provided with flexibility to create or suffice any bespoke data driven requirement and removes HSBC dependency to provide the same. This removes the manual intervention of data shipping the data received into an internal system and allows for high levels of customization in an efficient manner.
